Hello,

I am working on a CXF migration project from version 2.7 to version 3.1.3.

When I start my server, I have an error (server.log)
I also attach the  xml  files (applicationContext and pom)

Thanks for your help.

P.S: I work on the security of the web service and I will be forced to swish to version 3
