Abhinandan Prateek resolved CLOUDSTACK-1996.
--------------------------------------------

    Resolution: Cannot Reproduce

Tags have nothing todo with Hypervisor, it is a middleware feature. In case this still is a issue, please reopen.

> We did put a storage tag on a local datastore (e.g 12local), and we created a service offering with storage type "local" and this storage tag enclosed.
> CloudStack did create the volume on another local primary storage, not the one we asked. Interesting enough, if we use host + storage tag, it appears to be working.
