Hi, we received two requests for helping with the Thai translation
today, one from "Satawat Kamin" and one from from "Zam Mas". I'm
answering both requests here: I'm not sure whether you are two distinct
persons or just one person using two different addressed, but my answer
applies to both cases.

First, welcome to Apache OpenOffice and thanks for being the first
volunteer(s) who join the Thai translation effort.

The first steps are:

1) Open https://issues.apache.org/ooo/createaccount.cgi and enter your
e-mail address to register, and press "Send". You will receive a
password within one hour. Please write to L10N@openoffice.apache.org if
you don't receive it.

2) Login to https://issues.apache.org/ooo/ with the new password.

3) Open https://issues.apache.org/ooo/show_bug.cgi?id=121851 and check
"Add me to CC list" and then "Save changes". From that moment you will
receive all notifications relevant to the Thai translation.

We will send you the files to translate (PO files) as soon as possible
(it will take a few days) and, if you do steps 1-3 soon, you will
receive an automatic notification when your files are ready. If you
don't hear anything within one week, please write again to
L10N@openoffice.apache.org

Regards,
   Andrea.
