JServe module HOWTO - where?

Listers,

Another obvious question. I can't find a HOWTO, referred to on

http://jakarta.apache.org/builds/tomcat/release/v3.0/


in the paragraph 

"* The Apache JServ module - you can use this module if you want to
    get Tomcat to run with Apache. See the HOWTO in the Tomcat release
    bundle for how you can do that. This module is available
    precompiled for various platforms. (Example:
    win32/ApacheModuleJServ.dll)
"


I must be missing the obvious place, does anyone know where this is?
