jackrabbit-core 1.4.10 release plan

Hi,

We have a need to backport the JCR-1988 fix to the 1.4 branch, and I'd
like to release the resulting jackrabbit-core as version 1.4.10.

Please let me know if there are other low-risk fixes you'd like to see
included in the release.

BR,

Jukka Zitting
