C++ source code

Peoples,

Assuming there is a general consensus that there is a desire to do a C++ version (realising that there are other implementations out there), where to from here?

I have a set of source code that I am happy to provide as a base. As previously indicated, it's very simplistic and niaeve in its implementation and it only implements enough to verify Merlin-16 but it should make a reasonable starting point.

I'm also happy to work (with anyone else who is interested) on bringing it up to scratch and implementing the signing side etc.

So a couple of questions (again, assuming there is interest).

Is there a format I should get the code into first before making available?

What is the best way to make it available for those who want either want to help develop or those who want to "play" with it? It is definately not at stage where you would want to do a release version yet.

Cheers,
    Berin
