PatternHTMLLayout (code submission)

Here's another class I find useful. The full classpath is
org.apache.log4j.PatternHTMLLayout. It's a more flexible version of
HTMLLayout. You can control the content displayed, how it's displayed,
etc., using a configuration file, rather than using altered versions of
HTMLLayout. The class, source and javadoc are included in the jar file.
