Some closing comments on this one.
Nutchgora (and anyone/anything else for that matter) can remain on the 0.1.1-incubating dependency for the time being. I don't have figures to hand but I would comment that the development on the gora-sql module has been minimal between 0.1.1-incubating and 0.2 so we are not loosing out by effectively disabling this module for the duration of the 0.2 release. People can easily use the earlier release.
