In FifoScheduler/FairScheduler/CapacityScheduler#addApplicationAttempt(), we don't check whether {{application}} is null. This can cause NPE in following sequences: addApplication() -> doneApplication() (e.g. AppKilledTransition) -> addApplicationAttempt().
