[WEB] Derby Mentors, please 'svn update' to make changes visible

The changes logged are:

- Added zip/tar files containing a snapshot of the Derby jar files to
the downloads page
- Updated the derby_web page with the location of the new zip/tar files
- Started an FAQ page
- Enabled the search box

So if a mentor will 'svn update' to make the web site changes visible,
I'd appreciate it.

For inquiring minds who want to know ....

Sometimes an svn commit for a forrest web site results in a surprising
number of changes that seem way too high compared to the changes
reported. This will happen whenever a small change in skinconf.xml,
site.xml, or tab.xml causes all the files under the build directory to
be rebuilt. I enabled search in the skinconf.xml file, which causes all
pages to be rebuilt to display the search box at the top of the page. (I
also added the FAQ to the Home tab, which touches site.xml).

I'm also spotting cocoon (and other) warnings in the commit notification
-- and I don't know what those are, but will look into them.

regards,

 -jean
