User_prefs on a gateway Server?

Hi there,

is there a way to change the code for Spamassassin that i can use
user_prefs even Spamassassin is called by amavis and the server has no
mail accounts on it self.
Ich have an project where the customer uses
postfix+amavisd-new+SA+clamav for filtering mails. After they passed
the filter, the mails will redirected to the internal mailservers (the
have 15).
The problem is, that they receive different types of emails wich are
realy to cover with per server rules and settings.

My idear:

mail > postfix > amavis > clamav > spamassassin > user_prefs > SPAM or DELIVER

I asked in the users list of SA if i can cover this with the current
version, but they say no. I need to use spamc or spamd (daemon) and i
need to have the mailbox accounts on the filtering server.
