[csv] Renaming CSVStrategy

The name of the CSVStrategy class is confusing, it's a simple bean with 
no logic and is not related to the strategy pattern.

Don't you think it would be better named CSVFormat?

I also like camel casing with acronyms, for example CsvFormat. I kid you
not I've see class names like IBMXMLSAXWrapper...
