Seems still to be a problem with Netbeans 12 on Windows. As far as I can tell this seems to be rather dependet on the font size than on the font family. For me the indent line guides look good on font size 14 for any font, but the line guides are right shifted for fonts smaller 14 and left shifted for font sizes bigger than 14. Also this is only a problem when "expand tabs to spaces" is activated, so there must be a problem with the space width, I suppose.
