The file is saved under AOO 3.4.1
It can be opened with Version 4.0.3.3 (Build ID:
0eaa50a932c8f2199a615e1eb30f7ac74279539)
But makes Writer 4.0.4.2 crash when trying to open the file

It looks as if you are using another product ("fork"), because this build ID
looks like a git hash, OpenOffice uses subversion not git.
