I cannot load mod_perl.The procedure I took is:

0)get perl program and unzip it. File I got is form the following web site:
http://www.perl.com/CPAN-local/authors/Jeffrey_Baker/ 

and file name is
mod_perl-1.16-bin-bindist1-i386-win32-vc5.zip

1)put ApacheModulePerl.dll into modules,
2)add the following descriptoion into httpd.conf:
     LoadModule perl_module  modules/ApacheModulePerl.dll
3)type 
     apache 
from dos window
