flume file channel exception when putting in HDFS

flume file channel throwing exception when more than 100 mb put for dumping
in HDFS FROM SPOOLDIR.


FLUME LOG IS CLOSED EXCEPTION.

  I am using spooldir source with BLOB deserializer and file channel with
HDFS SINK.

when processing more than 100 mb .throwing log is closed exception.
Please help.
