I follow the procedure below and I get an error message :

cordova create . com.codetalay.test TestToto
cordova platform add android
cordova plugin add https://git-wip-us.apache.org/repos/asf/cordova-plugin-inappbrowser.git

--- Error ---
Fetching plugin from "https://git-wip-us.apache.org/repos/asf/cordova-plugin-inappbrowser.git"...
Starting installation of "org.apache.cordova.inappbrowser" for android
[TypeError: Cannot read property 'install' of undefined]
