   I was looking at the 3.0 default profile as well. The filename is
   "RASCAL_TRAFFIC_MONITOR" but the profile itself contains the name:
   
   ```
   "profile": {
   
       "description": "Traffic Monitor",
       "name": "TRAFFIC_MONITOR",
       "type": "TM_PROFILE"
     }
   ```
