[DISCUSS] Release Flink 1.20.5

Hi all,

I would like to discuss creating a new 1.20 patch release (1.20.5). The
last 1.20 release (1.20.4) is about a month old, and since then, 5 tickets
have been closed [1], including one critical fix:

- FLINK-39534 [2]: Bump pemja to 0.5.7, which fixes JVM crashes during
  asynchronous cross-language (Python↔Java) calls in PyFlink.

Other changes since 1.20.4:

- FLINK-39714: Add AGENTS.md and AI disclosure
- FLINK-39672: Document Java records as supported POJO types
- FLINK-39591: Bump actions@checkout, actions@download, actions@upload-artifact, actions@setup-python
- FLINK-39595: Use GHA cache per branch

I am not aware of any unresolved blockers and there are no in-progress
tickets. Please let me know if there are any issues you'd like to be
included in this release but still not merged.

If the community agrees to create this new patch release, I could
volunteer as the release manager.

Thanks for driving this, Yunfeng.

FLINK-39534 is a blocker issue for the upcoming flink-agents 0.3 release,
for which the feature freeze is planned for May 31. I'd love to see this
bugfix released before we ship the 0.3 release.
