26 hours?!? It should be < 12h. Recent code changes gone amok?

I don't know how systemic this was but I believe DNS for Apache.org was down
and that the issue was limited. I was bouncing several apache.org mailing
lists because of a lack of MX records.

<ke...@thoughtworthy.com>:
70.164.47.208 does not like recipient.
Remote host said: 553 5.1.8 <ke...@thoughtworthy.com>... Domain of
sender address
dev-return-32786-kevin.mcgrail=thoughtworthy.com@spamassassin.apache.org
does not exist
Giving up on 70.164.47.208.

However, no other issues this weekend to speak of... But maybe I'm not
getting those lists...

Regards,
KAM

Right, all queries to combined-HIB.dnsiplists.completewhois.com
are still timing out, which, depending on rbl_timeout setting,
can have a significant impact on the average elapsed time of
a scan. Most of the Saturday it was worse still, likely some
other RBL server being down too.

FWIW completewhois.com and it's host network elan.net appears to be unreachable.
completewhois has the HIB blacklist, and probably others.
