resetting all unresolved 'fixed in' versions?

Hi folks!

We have TONS of open issues. And lots of them have a ‚fixed in‘ version set, but they are actually still unresolved (status that is). 

I’d say we reset those to empty and start an effort to clean this up after 2.4.0.

Any objections?
