Board report for March, 2013

Hi all,

as I will be in vacation tonight for one week (with probably a "limited" 
Internet connection, and my wife will watch me ;)), I have anticipated 
the Karaf board report, to give you the maximum of time to review.

So, I created the board report for March, 2013 here:
https://cwiki.apache.org/confluence/display/KARAF/Board+Reports

Please review it and update it if I forgot something.

I plan to submit the report on March, 9 (as soon as I'm back from vacation).
