Update .gitignore: exclude JMS shim build artifacts
Issue: shims/java-qpid-jms/target/ files were being tracked in git
and showing as modified after rebuilds.
Fix:
- Added shims/java-qpid-jms/target/ to .gitignore
- Removed previously-committed build artifacts from git tracking
Build artifacts (compiled .class files and JAR files) should not
be tracked in git as they are generated by Maven during build.
Jenkins will rebuild them fresh for each build.
