Summary: Serious problem with cinclude and caching
           Product: Cocoon 2
           Version: 2.1.6
          Platform: PC
        OS/Version: Linux
            Status: NEW
          Severity: major
          Priority: P2
         Component: general components
        AssignedTo: dev@cocoon.apache.org
        ReportedBy: webmaster@insert.net.pl

I have got two XML documents A and B. A includes B through "cinclude". A is then
transformed into HTML (becoming C). The problem I stumbled upon in version 2.1.6
is that once C is cached all changes to B are simply ignored. The same setup in
2.1.5 (and many versions before) has been working as expected.
