maven upload bundles

Howdy,

I processed as many upload requests as I could that provided enough
information and closed the rest of the issues. The only way a request
will be processed now from JIRA is if you create an upload bundle and
provide a link to it. They will be processed promptly if you provide a
bundle and it will be fully automated shortly.
