bluestone trail 4

["Tamanaei, ITS PersWi C500, DA" <E....@deutschepost.de>]

I tried bluestone tutorial.
the jsp is simple:

<%@ page language="java" %>
<%@ taglib uri="/WEB-INF/struts-form.tld" prefix="form" %>
<form:form action="custom.do">
<form:submit value="Display Group" />
</form:form>

I got the following exception:
"javax.servlet.ServletException: Cannot find ActionMappings or
ActionFormBeans collection "

Thanks for any help!
