Dynamic values for report template values?

Hi,

  Does anyone know if it's possible to change the value of things like
report_contact and report_hostname per user (really, just per virtual
domain)?

  Maybe it's possible to insert those settings into the user
configurations?  Even if so, is there a better way (since I want it to
be an administrative setting)?
