The purpose of this task is to start implementing the field used to get a profile, which can be found in the specification here:

https://github.com/oasis-tcs/cxs-cdp/blob/2c0426b28fc4a1e882ca20a768ae1cf0378ba7ef/server/schemas/profiles.js#L73

basically : 

  getProfile(profileID : CDP_ProfileIDInput, createIfMissing: Boolean) : CDP_Profile
 
The field will also create a profile if the createIfMissing is true.

Ideally it would be great to write some integration tests along with the implementation.
