Convert CreateTableLikeTest's nested Hamcrest FeatureMatchers to AssertJ Conditions (allOf + Condition.matches). FlinkSqlParserImplTest/ValidationMatcher stay on Hamcrest — the Calcite SqlParserTest fixture requires org.hamcrest.Matcher.
