[jira] [Updated] (AMBARI-26127) Remove .so Files from Ambari Agent to Decouple from System Libraries and Enable Universal Compatibility

Jialiang Cai updated AMBARI-26127:
----------------------------------
    Description:
### Summary

This PR removes `.so`  files from the Ambari Agent to decouple it from system libraries. This change ensures that the  package can be compiled once and run on any system using `yum` or `dnf`. Additionally, this lays the groundwork for future binary package releases for Ambari.

### Changes

1. **Removed .so  Files**:
   - Deleted all `.so`  files from the Ambari Agent repository.

### Benefits

- **Decoupling from System Libraries**: By removing the `.so` files, the Ambari Agent is no longer tightly coupled with specific system libraries, enhancing compatibility across different environments.
- **Universal RPM Compatibility**: The RPM package can now be compiled once and run on any system using `yum` or `dnf`, simplifying deployment and maintenance.
- **Foundation for Binary Packages**: This change sets the stage for future binary package releases, making it easier to distribute and install Ambari.
