   @srowen I know that rule and I thought the rule was due to our limitation.
   > I meant both Maven and SBT need the same treatment, to use Java 11 for tests (only)
   
   Now, we can build and test with JDK11 with source/target `1.8`. Can we escape from that rule?
   What I want to achieve is removing JDK8 installation completely.
