DisallowOverscroll rewrites by defaults.xml
after "cordova build ios" in config.xml i have 2 row with DisallowOverscroll

$ grep -rn "DisallowOverscroll" .
./platforms/ios/AwardWallet/config.xml:3:    <preference name="DisallowOverscroll" value="false" /> - *from defaults.xml*
./platforms/ios/AwardWallet/config.xml:124:    <preference name="DisallowOverscroll" value="true" /> - *from ./config.xml*

If remove DisallowOverscroll row from defaults.xml - works fine!
