Problems in unmarshalling with Vector

I can't unmarshall a Vector with a null.
The XML generated is:

...
<item xsi:type="xsd:string">Tres</item>
<item xsi:type="xsd:ur-type" xsi:null="true"/>
...

but the deserializer know nothing about
the type "ur-type". Is it a bug?
