Unix Configuration mgmt recommendation

Hi,
I'm looking for a tool to help manage all the configuration files on our
Unix (Solaris 9,10, RH Linux) boxes

Requirements:
1) Centrally managed via SVN (we have a repo ready to go)
2) Be able to make a change to the working copy and push it (or have the
clients pull it) out
3) Be able to show diffs of any config files not in sync with current
checked in version
4) Be opensource and next to free

I'm looking at cfengine, but it does not seem to have SVN revision control
support...

Any pointers/tips appreciated,

Thanks,

Fletcher.
