I can't imagine why that should be a AOO feature and not a feature of the
narrator?
Or is this a request concerning embedding narrator results? Or whatever?

Yes, of course. Whom else than the creator of the software?
Or simply use a screen reader what offers that feature.
The requested "save as mp3 feature" is useful, but it it can't be done by AOO
(a multi platform / OS office suite) developers to create addons for a
Microsoft Windows light duty screen reader utility.
This is not an AOO issue.
