Issue is fixed with:
Sending        modules/security/src/java/org/apache/geronimo/security/realm/providers/CertificateChainCallbackHandler.java
Sending        modules/tomcat/src/java/org/apache/geronimo/tomcat/TomcatEJBWebServiceContext.java
Adding         modules/tomcat/src/java/org/apache/geronimo/tomcat/realm/TomcatEJBWSGeronimoRealm.java
Sending        modules/tomcat/src/java/org/apache/geronimo/tomcat/realm/TomcatGeronimoRealm.java
Sending        modules/tomcat/src/test/org/apache/geronimo/tomcat/ContainerTest.java
Transmitting file data .....
Committed revision 291192.

This disables a test in ContainerTest.  I'm not sure how to fix it, so I'm reassiging this to Jeff in hopes he can figure it out.
