mvn separateLocalRepository logic changed

Hi,

in addition to true/false the attribute can now take an arbitrary string
that will be used as the directory name of the local repository.  That
way if two different projects use the same name in this attribute they
will share the same local repository - which is still separate from the
one used by all the other projects.

I've modified the descriptors for castor and hudson in order to take
advantage of this.

As it has been before, all local repositories get purged at the end of a
Gump build.
