The PAC function {{myIpAddress()}} returns "127.0.0.1" when executed by Travis environment. Thus test test fail. 

This is ultimately due to the {{LocalAddressUtils.getMostLikelyLocalInetAddresses()}} method not being able to detect the local host's IP when executed in that type of environment.
