Proposal: Advanced LDAP authentication plugin
Currently, APISIX has provided a simple LDAP authentication plugin that
supports simple bind functions but does not support, for example, user
groups, for which users have a need.
So we can do this by introducing a new plugin to provide a platform to host
these newly added and future-needed features.
To do this I am submitting an issue [1] to introduce the details of this
proposal, you can check it out and comment in this email or in the GitHub
Issue. I look forward to your suggestions.

But why not add these features to the existing plugin? There is no related
