> There are 5 env vars for that transport parameters into the fetcher program. Once we have a fetcher cache, it might be 7. The env var holding the CommandInfo  already uses JSON parsing to simplify the source code. Let's extend this benefit to all of them and bundle them together for simpler processing at both ends.
