I would start now with the renaming.

There are 19 open pull requests, but we never get down in that number comfortably (people also are working on more stuff).
Since the renaming affects mostly the imports, I think we can merge them afterwards with reasonable effort.

The last pull request that affected 180 files (which replaced a commonly used Interface) has been merged (in my repo, travis tests are running and I will push it as soon as I have a green light). That one would have gotten ugly to merge after the renaming.
