timezone on 'Last Published'

Any chance you could default it to show timezone? Or, allow folks to request
the timezone be shown?

I chased a problem (that I don't think exists) on a site generated nightly
in CST 'cos it was showing me the time in MST (my timezone) and it was 'a
day old' (or so it seemed.) I thought it was wrong & failing to publish, or
stale, or something and it was just timezone issues.

Just a request, make me JIRA it if you wish & think it worthwhile.
