reintegrate CLI notes

Don't have adequate time today to deal myself, but:

  merge --reintegrate ignores --depth but doesn't complain if you pass it

  merge --reintegrate doesn't accept --force (and complains if you
pass it), but if you have an error it suggests you use it.
