JIRA issues that don't affect 5.4

Hi,

Since we don't seem to be working toward another 5.3.x release, I'm in
favor of closing issues that do not affect the 5.4 release [1] (via the
usual bulk-close-candidate label with comment, wait, close with comment
approach).

Any objections?

Jochen

I added comments to 2099 and 2327 but I don't think I can update the
version. Both are easy to fix and I included suggestions for fixing them

Yes, probably some of the issues do affect 5.4, that's why we're going
to wait a few months between adding the label and actually closing the
issues. That'll leave the reporters (or anyone else) enough time to
update the "Affects Version/s" field.

I think a high percentage of those issues do affect 5.4. But I'm okay with
the bulk-close-candidate label part at least.
