2nd Donation: j2ee.jboss4 and websvc.wsitmodellext Licensing Issue

Hi,

I am working on 2nd donation review for module i.e j2ee.jboss4 and 
websvc.wsitmodellext.

The *j2ee.jboss4*/*websvc.wsitmodellext *module uses some dtd/xsd files 
which have LGPL/OASIS licenses . Will it be possible to change the 
licenses of the below files to ASL 2.0.

Files License

3. jboss-client_4_0.dtd LGPL

4. jboss-ds_1_5.dtd LGPL

7. WS-Trust.xsd OASIS

8. ws-trust-1.3.xsd OASIS
