ClusterStatusClusterCreatedEvent usage
Hi All,
Are we using the "ClusterStatusClusterCreatedEvent"?
As per the code base, we are not sending that event anymore[1].But we have
listeners for this.

Added the JIRA[1] to track this. If you found any other unused events that
we can remove from the current code base, please add to this JIRA.

There are some other unused events listed below that we may have to cleanup
as well.
TenantSubscribedEventListener
TenantUnSubscribedEventListener
Also following Application topic events are not registered in event
processor chain;
GroupMaintenanceModeEvent
GroupReadyToShutdownEvent
