Velocity Download page is down

Hello there.
Does anybody know why this page is not coming up?

  http://jakarta.apache.org/site/downloads/downloads_velocity.cgi

I found that by going to the Jakarta Downloads page and then clicking
on Velocity. But, from the Velocity page it links to here:

  http://jakarta.apache.org/site/downloads/downloads_velocity.html

And, well, that page shouldn't exist, because its garbage. None
of the links to downloads actually work. And trying to change the
"http" to "ftp" or "backup" just fails.

Is there a mirror setup somewhere? I was trying to download the latest
(1.2) version of Velocity Tools.

Thanks.

Charlie

use this for the moment:
http://www.apache.org/dist/jakarta/velocity-tools/

i'm really not sure what's going on with the busted page/links.
unfortunately, i haven't much time right now to deal with it either!
