The logger name in FileBasedWriteAheadLog is currently defined as:

{code}
  override protected val logName = s"WriteAheadLogManager $callerNameTag"
{code}

That has two problems:

- It's not under the usual "org.apache.spark" namespace so changing the logging configuration for that package does not affect it
- we've seen cases where {{$callerNameTag}} was empty, in which case the logger name would have a trailing space, making it impossible to disable it using a properties file.
