Error in ejbc20

Hi, 
In my ejbc step in ant, I am getting an error 
class weblogic/ejbc20/cmp11/codegen/ClassUtil.class
not found.. I am trying to install weblogic 6.1.
I have given weblogic.jar in the classpath for ant..
Any clue?
