   I am not sure if open-cypher has any mention about the casing of Labels in their [reference](https://github.com/opencypher/openCypher/blob/master/docs/openCypher9.pdf), but in [neo4j cypher](https://neo4j.com/docs/cypher-manual/current/syntax/naming/) and most of its variants, Labels are always case-sensitive.
